In order to efficiently submit tasks, check on the status of your tickets, and update your profile, you'll have to sign up for a free FreshDesk account. Here's how to do it:


1. Visit https://memberfix.freshdesk.com/support/signup



2. Fill out the requested details on the form.


*Make sure to use the email address where you want to receive request replies, notifications, updates, etc.



3. Click "register".



4. Go and check your email inbox now.


In a few minutes you should receive a confirmation message titled MemberFix user activation from our FreshDesk account (make sure to check your SPAM / JUNK folder just in case you don't see it.


It looks like this:



*Sometimes the message does NOT arrive for reasons that are, unfortunately, beyond our control.


If this happens, don't worry! Just email me directly at victor.dorfman@gmail.com and let me know the email address that you requested verification for, and I'll resend the verification email on my end. This lands the email in your inbox the vast majority of the time. :)



5. Once you receive the confirmation email and click the link inside, you'll be taken to a screen to set your name and password.


Please fill out the form, then click "activate and login".



This will log you in to the MemberFix support desk, where you'll be able to manage your requests by clicking "Check Ticket Status".



6. I recommend you use a password manager tool to remember your login details.


We use http://LastPass.com 



7. When you want to return at a later date and login, you may use this login URL:
