You can submit a "MemberFix" (i.e. a task or request) in one of two ways:

1. Using the MemberFix online portal

2. By sending an email to support@memberfix.freshdesk.com

Let's take a closer look at how each of these work.

Method #1 - Using the MemberFix Online Portal

*Note: you have to be logged in to submit a ticket.

1. Visit https://memberfix.freshdesk.com/support/home

2. Towards the top-right of the screen, click on "New Support Ticket":

(Clicking this link will take you to the online MemberFix request form, which you can also visit directly by going here:

https://memberfix.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new)

*Note: if you haven't yet registered for a FreshDesk account, you'll receive a verification message in your email inbox after submitting your request.

3. On the following page, fill out each of the required ticket fields and submit your request.

*Make sure to use the email address where you want to get updates and notifications about the status of your ticket.

4. Once you've submitted your MemberFix, you'll get a confirmation message at the email address you entered in during the previous step.

Method #2 - Send an Email

1. Login to your email inbox.

2. Compose a new message and fill out the fields as follows:

SEND EMAIL TO

support@memberfix.freshdesk.com

EMAIL TITLE / SUBJECT LINE

A short title that hints at what the request is about

EMAIL BODY:

A detailed explanation of the MemberFix request you'd like us perform.

*It's totally optional, but in order to help us help you and keep things running smoothy we highly, highly recommend that you submit your requests in a numbered list format as shown in the example below. This allows us to address each of your points separately, thus keeping communications clear. :)

EXAMPLE

3. When you're finished writing your task request, send the email.

Shortly after sending your email, our system will receive your MemberFix request, and send you a confirmation that we're getting started.

The confirmation message looks like this (although your title will be different):

If you have any additional thoughts or notes, just login to your MemberFix portal (opens in a new tab) and update the ticket at your leisure.
