The Problem:
You've created a video element in the OptimizePress Live Editor and you've uploaded a placeholder image.
But when you save the element settings and publish the page, the placeholder image doesn't appear.
The Solution:
This can happen for a number of reasons.
1 - Your caching plugin settings are causing the placeholder image to not show up.
If you're using WPRocket (our preferred caching plugin), open the page editor for your post or page, then scroll down and find the WPRocket settings widget on the right hand side of the screen.
Make sure LazyLoad is disabled for both images and videos & iFrames.
*As we find more specific causes of this issue, we will continue to update this article.
